If your order was damaged upon arrival, excluding any cosmetic issues as stipulated.
Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, you hereby acknowledge that the device is correct and in good working order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY REFUNDS?
In any case of a refund, you will be refunded via bank transfer. Refund given will be based on the total amount paid for the order, excluding any discounts used.
We will process your refund within 30 business days after a confirmation from us.

Modified software (jailbreaking or rooting your device)
If the warranty seal has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered.
